AtkinsRéalis

We designed and launched a leadership programme called Thrive which aims to develop the next generation of health, safety and wellbeing leaders across the AtkinsRéalis global business. It won ‘Health and Safety Initiative of the Year’ at the 2024 British Construction Industry Awards.

So far, more than 1,500 senior leaders have participated in the programme, including the global executive team and non-executive directors. Thrive is now being delivered in the UK, North America, South America, Canada, India and the Middle East, and the delivery team has extended to a wider group of Learning Partners.

Laing O’Rourke

We co-developed a leadership programme at Laing O’Rourke called Rethinking Safety Through Inclusion + Wellbeing, which won the British Construction Industry Award for Best Health, Safety and Wellbeing Initiative in October 2024.

More than 2,000 business leaders and site supervisors have participated in these immersive programmes, which explore the skills and practices of inclusive leadership and include a theatre-based experience.
